Revolutions and paradigm shifts happen when we have our backs against the wall. We are blessed to be present at a time like that when the earth and earthlings are going through a natural all-encompassing shift for the greater good. The healing is coming in waves and we are the initiators and carriers of that wave.

With all the negativity being unleashed around the world, we need to calm down and focus on the positives. Can you sense the ripples of positive change slowly making their way in? As we pick a day to join the wave of change and shift to only make it a thousand times stronger, we invite everyone to join us in meditation all around the world.

We will meditate together from our varied locations and join in spirit with our fellow spirituals meditating in Australia. Uluru-Kata Tjuta is our chosen location to lead the meditation from because it is Earth’s solar plexus chakra and of the highest importance right now to keep this upsurge of energy growing!

Thought leader and mentor, Dr. Amyn Dahya, will lead Peace 2023 Thoughtwave Meditation from Uluru, Australia on 21 May, Sunday so let’s listen to him first to set the mood.

The plan is to keep the ripples going around for 24 hours on 21 May 2023. It is an immense upside that we are scattered all around the world so we will meditate at 10 AM of our local time so that the thought wave of sheer positivity and peace keeps flowing throughout the day.

We already have meditators joining in from various locations in Australia, Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, Iran, Syria and South Africa – some in person and some in spirit. How do you plan to strengthen the wave? Meditate alone or in groups? Let us know and join in from wherever you are.

All you have to do is find your favorite place to meditate and set the mood with candles, incense, or nothing but your calm thoughts. Settle down, relax, take a deep breath in, slowly exhale, feel your mind get clearer with each breath, and focus on all the positive changes you wish to see in this world. As you Donate a Thought to this wave, you help these changes manifest little by little with the power of your thoughts.
